My Week in Sweat | 5 Weeks out (Gymnastics )

5 weeks to go! Thank god….! I have still have time

My vlog series focusses on following my journey as I prepare for my up coming veteran gymnastics competition 🙂

This week I still had to take it easy from the gymnastics training point of view whilst following my programme to fix my shoulder injury.  

So I decided to document each day on how I go about managing my time to fit in all my training, with adequate rest. That’s weight training, gymnastics and my fitness routine…!
