My Week in Sweat | 4 Weeks out (Gymnastics)

A great week…..! But a crazy one!

Well it certainly has been a sigh of relief to have a fully functioning body again πŸ˜€

Been pushing on with an almost ‘back to normal’ routine, with the exception of bars whilst my shoulder is put back through its paces with both my gymnastics and fitness skill elements.

I’ve had a bit of a crazy week with appointments and a slightly broken car so I’ve was switching my sessions round like crazy to fit everything in without completely exhausting myself. But overall its been a hugely successful week! πŸ˜€

We have a finished floor routineΒ – Did you know its kill bill πŸ˜‰ AND after another 3 hour session with my choreographer – A brand new finished fitness routine πŸ˜€ πŸ˜€

Beam dismount has almost been mastered (I am just a wimp with it) and I began tumbling again after injury.

Don’t get me wrong….I still have a LOT of work to do and I only have four weeks to do it! But I’m having such a fun time and enjoying myself which what is the most important for me in this challenge.

Getting back on the bars next week will be a test for my shoulder. I will have to update you if I can compete the apparatus or not. I can’t risk injury again as I have the ARNOLDS in 11 weeks….!!!!!!
